This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or work with us, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company and project details you choose to give us. Nothing on the form is collected without you typing it.
Our servers keep standard request logs — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security and diagnostics. These are retained for 30 days and then discarded.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you, scope potential work, and keep a record of what was discussed if we go on to sign a contract. Nothing more.
Aggregate traffic data tells us which pages are useful and which are not. We do not build behavioural profiles or attempt to identify individual visitors.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share enquiry details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us once.
Client data during engagements
Project work happens in your repositories and your cloud accounts. Where we are given access to production data, it is governed by the data processing terms in the engagement contract and access is revoked at handover.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to the address below and we will action it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
